Cornerstone of Hope’s Book Club is a welcoming space for thoughtful discussion and connection. Whether you’re a lifelong Christian, a new believer, questioning or struggling with your faith, or simply curious, you are welcome here. Together, we explore books that inspire, challenge, and nurture the journey of faith, healing, and hope.
In this Bible study, we will walk with grievers through this incredibly profound story. We will humbly approach the Word of God, seeking to become more aware of His love so that we may grow in faith and experience the consolation of Him, Whom is the Source of our being, our peace, and our hope.
Are you looking for a way to deepen your faith this Lent? Are you hungry for some spiritual food to strengthen you on your grief journey and on your journey as a pilgrim in this life? If so, please consider joining us at Cornerstone of Hope as we read and reflect on The Agony of Jesus: A Meditation on Our Lord’s Agony in the Garden, by Saint Padre Pio.
Saturdays During Lent | 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.

TAN Books describes this booklet in the following words: “A true treasure of spiritual insights, this little booklet contains the remarkable meditations on The Agony of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane by Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, the stigmatist priest. One of his few writings, the booklet also includes many pictures of Padre Pio from throughout his ministry. Padre Pio’s beautiful and descriptive manner of writing provide a wonderful spiritual insight into that last night of Jesus’s human life that will prove fruitful for meditation and deeply moving to all.”
There is much wisdom and comfort to be found in the Garden of Gethsemane, so let us go and spend time with Christ there with Padre Pio as our guide.
