Financial Coordinator

The Financial Coordinator oversees the day-to-day financial operations of Cornerstone of Hope, ensuring accurate accounting, financial reporting, grant billing, donor gift reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. This role supports the organization's mission by maintaining strong financial stewardship while collaborating with organizational leadership. The ideal candidate is an experienced accounting professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving within a nonprofit environment.

Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator

The Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator leads Cornerstone of Hope's digital presence by creating engaging social media content, compelling stories, and marketing campaigns that increase awareness of our mission and services. This role partners with program and development teams to strengthen community engagement, build meaningful relationships, and share the impact of our work through creative storytelling. We're looking for an innovative, mission-driven communicator who is passionate about using digital media to connect people with hope and support.

Traumatic Loss Response Team Field Responder

The Field Responder provides compassionate, on-site support to individuals and families following suicide, homicide, overdose, and other traumatic deaths, helping them navigate the earliest days of grief. This role also builds partnerships with first responders, hospitals, schools, and community organizations while supporting outreach, education, and program development throughout Northeast Ohio. We're seeking an experienced, calm, and compassionate professional who is committed to serving others during life's most difficult moments.

PRN Saturday Therapist (LPCC or LISW) – Independently Licensed

The PRN Saturday Licensed Therapist provides grief- and trauma-informed counseling services to children, teens, and adults while supporting individuals and families through life's most difficult losses. This role conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, facilitates therapeutic groups as needed, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, high-quality care. We're seeking an independently licensed LPCC or LISW who is passionate about grief counseling and committed to serving others in a mission-driven environment.

 PRN Evening Therapist (LPCC or LISW) – Independently Licensed

The PRN Evening Licensed Therapist provides grief- and trauma-informed counseling services to children, teens, and adults during evening hours, offering compassionate support when clients need it most. This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality, mission-driven care. We're seeking an independently licensed LPCC or LISW who is passionate about grief counseling and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of grieving individuals and families.
