This workshop is free to attend but please bring two items to tie dye; one larger item (t-shirt, pillow case, apron, canvas shoes) and one smaller item (socks, bandana, tote bag). Fabric types for dying include cotton, linen, and rayon.
Engage in the therapeutic power of art as you express your emotions through the creation of tie dye garments at our Art Therapy Workshop.
Cornerstone of Hope provides a safe space to express your emotions through the power of art. Guided by our licensed Art Therapist, Kaylen Jones, this workshop is open to adults seeking a therapeutic outlet for grief and loss. No prior art experience is necessary – just an open heart and a willingness to explore the healing power of creativity.
Please wear old clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
