Where grief meets grace — perfect for those longing to grow closer to God. For grievers seeking comfort, fellowship, and spiritual renewal in Christ.

Jesus proclaims in His Sermon on the Mount, “Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted!”

This may be difficult for a griever to hear and even more difficult to live. How does a loving God, a God who is love, allow our loved one to die, and then promise comfort? This is the question we ponder with the Holy Spirit and with others on a similar journey during the weekend retreat. However, we cannot escape the fact that Jesus, who experienced suffering, understands our pain and still promises comfort. God’s desire is to comfort each of us and to equip us to persevere with HOPE!

If you desire to connect with others with similar losses in small groups, are willing to encounter the raw emotions of grief in a safe environment, and receptive to listening and learning from inspirational speakers then we invite you to join us  for this powerful and restorative weekend. You do not have to do it alone!

Registration includes five delicious meals, live music, valuable resources, and opportunities for confession, spiritual direction and participation in the holy mass. Check-in begins at 4:00 P.M. on Friday.

This retreat takes place at our main facility and does not include overnight accommodations. Participants commute home or arrange their own hotel if needed.

Cost: $250

Limited financial assistance available. Cornerstone of Hope will try to accommodate all requests and may provide a partial scholarship for registration fee. A non-refundable partial payment of $75 is required to hold your space (if applying for financial assistance).

In order to participate in the retreat, one must complete an in-person readiness assessment. Upon registration, one of our team members will contact you to schedule.
